EDGARS- INEFFIECENT COMPANY

would select a negative star rating for this pathetic company!!! no customer service what so ever. no sense of urgency and most of the consultants need to go for better training on customer service. i have had query on my account for over a month now, have been calling every day to have this resolved but only get pushed from pillar to post with this company because no1 knows what they are doing. Can NEVER EVER get a hold of a MANAGER because apparently the consultants are working from home and cannot transfer calls! the company should shut down during lock down if they are so inefficient in running this business. I NEED A MANAGER FROM THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT TO CALL ME ASAP to have my account updated with my December insurance premium,
