Edgars incompitance and thieving.

I had a account with edgars, bought a phone was advised to take insurance . After a phone stopped working i was told it was a water damage they won't pay . Two years later i just discovered im still paying for that insurance nobody has an answer to why i am paying for a phone that was not fixed . Been sent from pillar to post they don't even have a complaints department . Decided to close the account with them after i called i was given a settlement amount but i could not pay at their stores as they have changed their system . Went paid with FNB then sent an email requesting cancellation . To this day my account is still active i am billed again for insurance nobody is willing to assist . I am so ****ed off by this company they are the worst .
