Edgars - *********** ***** Department

After checking my credit score on line and to my surprise, I have an active Edgars account to which I have absolutely no idea I opened. The account was apparently open in 1979 before I was even born! After countless frustrating calls and emails I had to take time off work to report this to an Edgars branch. After completing numerous forms and wasting my time to report something I didn't open, I am still receiving an Edgars account statement.

I don't know what else I need to do as this account reflects badly on my credit score.

Thank you, I would appreciate your feedback since this matter has been going on since last year and nothing has been done about it. I was recently on a call with one of your advisors (on my account) and they mentioned that there are payments made on the account and thus nothing can be done. I submitted an affidavit to state its not account, wasn't even born the time it was open and don't know what else maybe I should go for a lie detector test as well. Can you expedite your process since my credit score is being affected by your companies incompetence.
