Edgars incompetence becomes my problem

Edgars removed the electronic account payment system for their customers to be able to pay their Edgars accounts electronically. Now they keep sending me a sms to pay my account at the nearest Edgars brand 40km away from my house. So I have to drive 40km to pay an account that I until recently could pay electronically. Now I will be penalized for their incompetence.
