Edgar’s inaccurate information

Despite my payment not being late, my credit record shows that I missed a payment on my Edgars account. I also received my statement earlier this months which showed an overdue payment, I sent an email enquiry and I received a response quoting the dates I paid, indicating that I paid on time. I later received a text on the 11th stating that I did not make a payment. I called to enquire and I was told by the lady that I spoke to that I do not have to worry about my credit record being affected because I did pay on time, but I got my report and it shows that I did not pay. I am not happy with this at all.
