Edgars in 2 years still not updated credit bureau information

I have paid my account in full on the 9/9/2019 and Edgars to date still has not supp**** me with a paid up letter or updated my credit profile at all credit bureaus, its 2 years now and still nothing has been done. This is unacceptable really and needs to be taken care of ASAP. I have been trying for 2 years to get this done
