Edgars I'm so disappointed by this company

Last year I've made a settlement on my account I asked Edgars to close my account because I paid off the credit which I was owing. After a month I received a message saying I'm owing R112 I went to the store inquiring what was the money for they said I've subscribed blue label connect I paid that money and asked them to cansel it they promised that it has been canceled and my account has been closed as I requested... To my surprise they following month I got the message saying I'm owing Edgars R55 I went to Edgars again and asked what's going on they said that they are going to reverse the money on my Edgars account so that it can be closed.. When time goes by the money keeps on escalating now its R355 I don't know how many times I went to Edgars and ask for assistance even now I didn't find any help now I'm getting calls every day claiming that I owe Edgars R355 I'm so depressed coz they now treat eng me that they are going to put me in credit bereu and trying to get out of debt since I'm unemployed I don't know how am I going to pay that money since I'm struggling 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
