Edgars ignore my request to close my account

Edgars seem to be refusing to close my account with zero balance. I have sent multiple emails to various different addresses (Essentially anything I can find) but I get no reply on any of them despite getting all the automatic "Your query will be answered in 48 hours" mails. This is absolutely pathetic. 1 month later I am still getting statements with monthly fees on my zero balance.
