Edgars Identity theft

I have been a victim of identity theft recently where my ID was used to open an account at Edgars. I have submitted the required documentation numerous with little to no help, their dispute line does not work, there is no process to resolve any issues regarding identity theft. It is quite disappointing and alarming that they were able to grant credit with such inaccurate information, I now have the burdensome task of clearing my name because of this.
