Edgars- I WOULD LIKE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!

Good day,

I have been requesting to close my Edgars account since the 25th of November 2020. I have received one response where somebody at RCS requesting all my documentation and banking details, which I have sent through, as I have a credit on my account. They informed me that an admin fee of R70 will be deducted as long as the account is still open. I do not understand why this is taking so long to refund my credit and to close my account? Can I please get this sorted and get my refund as well as my paid-up letter? I do not want my Edgars account.
