Edgars - I NEED MY PAID-UP LETTER!

I am very disappointed with the customer service I have received thus far from Edgars. I paid my account in full almost a year ago and am yet to receive a paid-up letter, despite several email requests and phone calls from both myself as well as my debt counselor. What do I need to do or who should I speak to? I cannot get my ITC record cleared until I have this letter! Please email the response to ***.
