Edgars - I just want my account to be up to date please!!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Help me!!!! Been struggling for months - well more then a year to get funds allocated to my account, that was made. Promises received per email - and still not showing on my account - ABSA told me the next step is to go to the Ombudsman = Please help!!
