Edgars ********** service

I went to edgars Melyn Park and purchased a few items. After checking my slip I realized I was over charged for a few Items, I then returned to the stored and queried the amount I paid only for them to refund me and when I got home and checked the refund that too was paid short and now I found out that I also paid for an item which was not put in the packet by the cashier. I dripve 7Okm to this edgards for horrible service please assist as I would like my item which I paid for an is still in your store. I tried contact the branch multiple times but there was no answer. Cannot get through to anyone. Just pathetic.
