Edgars home Online - Pathetic customer Service

Edgars home online is so annoying, made an order last month had to follow up everyday to get the order, order only came last week after a month, once order was delivered its incomplete, no refund no communication no nothing, now I must follow up again and they on the sleep of delivery they say they will refund, but nothing, the customer service no seems to not be working, nobody knows anything on the contact center the one lady actually hanged up the phone, worst service EVER
