Sent my phone in for repairs (phone insurance), they told me it can't be fixed, I told them I want my phone(R16 000) back I don't want the R8000 phone. 14 weeks later (that's how long they've been sending my phone back for) they tell me that FINRITE destroyed my phone and that I must take a phone worth R8000. Again I told them I don't want it, I want to fix my R15000 phone, I want it back. Now I'm getting attitude from Edgar's store manager, who is very rude and his name is ORLANDO GWAMBE from Edgars Middelburg Mall, Mpumalanga.

I want my phone back or a phone of the value of my destroyed phone. I did not lose my phone Edgar's and FINRITE destroyed.
