Edgars/ Holland cellphone insurance

<p>So I took hollard cellphone insurance when I bought my cellphone at edgars and I lost the phone in Feb, filled all paper work and sent. Few days later I was told that I made mistake on affidavit I called the the call centre and and was told that I don't need to redo the affidavit the case was already escalated. I gave them 4 weeks without any responses and when I called I was asked same questions like how I lost my phone answered honestly was told I was gonna be contacted in 5 day, waited 10 day and I called them back then this agent asked me same questions and told me she'll escalate my case. This hollard insurance was introduced to me by edgars and I feel edgars should be blamed as this is sold in their stores. Once I'm done I'm closing their account as well </p>
