Edgars have the worst customer service

Never have I met any place like Edgars. Trying to pay my account and sort it out but no one at Edgars or RCS can help me. Been on the phone the whole day and no luck. They service is terrible to say the lease.

One customer services said my account is closed, but it still says active on my credit score. Or they tell me they don't have info regarding my account
