Edgars have blacklisted me after I paid the outstanding amount and closed my account

Good Day,

I receive between 10 and 15 calls a day from your collection department on my cell phone, my partner’s cell phone, my landline, s.m.s. messages and I am sick to death of this.

I have sent you numerous e-mails which you choose to ignore!!!

This is the last time I am corresponding with you!!!

I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AT THE EDGARS STORE IN HERM**** IN AUGUST 2016. I PAID WHATEVER WAS OUTSTANDING ON MY ACCOUNT!!!

YET YOU CONSTANTLT HOUND ME!!!!

YOU ARE CLAIMING EXHORBITANT AMOUNTS FROM ME FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES, INTEREST AND GOODNESS KNOWS WHAT ELSE!!!

I NEVER AGREED TO THESE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES AS I EXPLAINED I DO NOT OFTEN SHOP AT THIS STORE AND AS A MATTER OF INTEREST WILL NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN ANY EDGARS STORE AGAIN!!!!!

IF YOU DO NOT STOP HARRASSING ME IMMEDIATELY I SHALL TAKE OUT A RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST YOU

I am sick and tired of the constant reminders to pay this account.

I have repeatedly sent e-mails to Edgars as I closed my Account in August 2016 asking them why they had not adhered to my request.

I paid my Account up to date when I closed my Account and these charges are for Edgars Club, which I cancelled and administrative charges which I never agreed to.

Kindly make a note of this and kindly stop sending me e-mails in this regard.
