Edgars has terrible service they dont help clients with anything. Its difficult for them to issue a paid up letter for an account that is paid up. Edgars is terrible

Edgars has such bad service. My account was handed over to Daly corporation lawyer's i paid the outstanding balance in full on the 4th October. I was sent an email that for me to get a paid up letter it takes 6-8 weeks. I have been calling the lawyers and they keep telling me that my account on their side shows its 0 balance but they cant issue a paid up letter, Edgars are the ones that need to do that. I called Edgars on 13th December 2021 and i was told that my account shows that i dont owe them, i requested a paid up letter and i was told they will email it within 48 hours. I called them again on the 15th December 2021 asking what was going on i was told again no the paid up letter takes 72 hours and i was promised that the paid up letter would be available on my email today. Still i have not received anything i dont know what is so difficult for them to give me the paid up letter cause i dont owe them. I need that paid up letter urgently so. I am really disappointed at they service they have bad service and its just soo frustrating.
