Edgar's Harassment and Non Response Ridiculous

Continued billing of account though this was flagged as a ***** transaction of which Edgar's already reversed funds from previous interactions with thier customer services

This was now handed to debt collected impacting on my credit records. The irritation is i am asked to submit my complaint to their head office and more than 3 months being flagged still not resolved instead i am harassed by their collections urgent.
