Edgars harassment!!!
I have been harassed with Edgars calls since July 2018. My account was charged for airtime repeatedly, I have never received it or used it. I am sick and tired of this unresolved matter; can anyone assist? I even have a list of people I have spoken to and everyone promised to assist! Stephanie Gouden has decided to ignore my emails; please see email dated 21 November 2018: Dear Ms Gounden The first call to your 'help line' ( ********** 925) was on 16 April, 13:49 and the call lasted for 2.49 minutes. I trust that this matter can be resolved as a matter of urgency. Thank you again for your assistance. Kind regards

Please accept our sincere apologies for the any frustrations occurred due to this incident.
Kindly note Edcon is doing business with a company called RMCS and there was an agreement between parties to contact customers and sell their product offering. ( Airtime, data and SMS).
Upon acceptance the monthly subscription fee will be added to customers account.
Therefore your query is referred to RMCS to investigate how the products was enrolled? Upon the teams findings a reversal will then be processed.

I have never received a confirmation SMS from them.
What about my call to Edgars on 16 April, 13:49 and the call lasted for 2.49 minutes.
