edgars handing over to lawyers

ive recently been contacted by a lawyer firm working with edgars saying ive been handed over by edgars for not adhering to making payment as discussed. ive never had an edgars account and havent received any calls or accounts. i dont even owe an edgars card. i tried to explain and was just told to go and sort it out with edgars directly.
