Edgars greenacres port elizabeth bad service

I went to the Edgar's at Greenacres Port Elizabeth today and asked a cashier to please set aside clothing for my daughter advising her dad will come and pay for it in an hour when he got there the items were not set aside and the lady couldn't find it !my husband then called me I told her what it was she remembered but yet only gave my husband one of the items I had initially left there! There stock I wanted was close to being sold out as is all the stores in December the store was not full hence I don't see the confusion especially at the men's section where I asked it be set aside purposefully because it is quite upstairs. It was just for an hour! It was empty at that till point and made a point to leave it there, now have to go back to the mall tomorrow because of the inconvenience and I'll be going to Ackermans
