Edgars - Get Direction

I have closed my Edgars account earlier this year and still I am receiving an account on a monthly basis that keeps increasing. I have been in store, I have called RCS, I have called Edgars head office, I am sent multiple emails and yet I am STILL receiving accounts that have Admin charges on it. I call and get cut off multiple times, I am told that I need to go back to the store and close my account and and settle the outstanding fees. I was even given a number by a call center and told to call the head office to close my account, but that number no longer exists. This is pathetic and I am frustrated that nobody can seem to assist me in this regard.
