Edgars Galleria - terrible management

Purchased a dress from edgars on Fathers day, went home and the zip did not want to go all the way up - kept it in my cupboard and had time to return it this weekend. Simple for a bigger size, got to the front and the cashier insisted she could not change same as it was messed with make up (I do not even wear make up). The tags were still on the dress - I am disgusted at how Edgars is run - anyone could have tried the dress on and put it back on the floor and may have messed it and did not realize. The cashier insisted she checks all clothes before putting them into the packet - which is hogwash - no one checks clothing items unless u returning them. I left the dress there and basically lost my money - as they made it seem as if I used the dress, yet it did not even fit me.
