EDGARS FUNERAL POLICY CLAIMS!!

We logged a funeral Policy claim in store ( Carnival Mall) last week Wednesday. And was promised funds will reflect within 24- 48 hours. Upon calling Edgards customer service the following week after 6 days, we found out the store never submitted any docs and no claim was logged and no docs were even emailed through. PATHETHTIC SERVICE. And these funds were needed for the funeral. Left the family devastated.

12 DAYS LATER FUNDS STILL NOT PAID!!!!!
