Edgars funeral cover a ****.

My mother who was a client of Edgar’s took a funeral cover for helself which amounted to R10000. This particular funeral cover from Edgar’s is in partnership with hollard. According to my mother’s policy the money was supposed to have been paid within 48 hours, which in my case did not happen. My mother died last year August and I was only able to claim this year since I was too distraught to claim anything of hers at the time. I would like to state that hollard and Edgar’s funeral/life cover is a ****, because instead of getting a payout of R10000, I only received an amount of R7000. So what happened to the R3000? I am not going to take this one lying down. I will involved a third party if I have to because people are ****med of their own hard earned cash while these companies benefit from people’s tears.
