Edgars ********** charges masquerading as club fees

<p>I am writing on behalf of my dad as we have had the displeasure of receiving a nasty threatening letter of demand in respect of club membership fees my dad did not subscribe to! In terms of the Consumer Protection Act there has been no legal binding agreement between my dad and the Edcon group with regards to club membership nor fees! He never asked to be a member! I am fully prepared to take legal action should he be handed over and if these ********** charges are not reversed. From reading other reviews on this site it is blatantly clear that Edgars has done this to many customers. I expect an answer ASAP. </p>
