Edgars ********** Billing on Account

Rather annoyed with Edgar's. Someone **********ly took out an airtime contract on my account. I asked for this to be be corrected and refunded. Now they claim they have proof, but refuse to give me the proof. Instead they send me messages daily that my account is in arreers, ofcoz it is, you need to fix it ????????????????????????
