Edgars ********** Billing- LA***

I have been asking Edgars to stop adding their ********** charges to my account for cell insurance which was cancelled years ago, Lerato Sithole advised that there's nothing she can do. This has been the same response for month, no one can help.

How would io lay a case of ***** against Edcon for ********** Billings to my account as well as listing me as a slow payer?
