Edgars ********** Account

Good morning everyone. So I was a victim of identity theft 5 years ago, with all the accounts that were opened in my name, I had reported it at the police station and the stores that these accounts were opened at. Edgars was one of these stores and I had presented all the information and documents they requested from me and they told me they will clear the debt and close this ********** account. Recently I tried applying to go study and I do not qualify to pay my fees via debit order becouse my credit record is soooo bad and it's becouse EDGARS has not cleared this record. I have no idea what to do anymore and I cannot carry on with my life because I do not qualify for anything, now this is even affecting me improving my life and now I cannot study!!!!!!!!
