Edgars - *****

A ********** data contract added to my Edgars Account , after making numerous calls , emails, visits to the store , dealing with customer services , Edgars Assist and the ***** departments. My query remains unresolved , this has been going on for months, and nobody is able to resolve the matter, however I am religiously contacted to pay the outstanding amount which I am not liable for.... Spoke to Ruth at Edgars assist whom admitted that someone at their Call Centre has **********ly taken out the contract in my name ..... But i am still being billed. I desperately need this matter resolved as it has negatively impacted my credit score....
