Edgars *****

Edgars decides to close my account out of their own even though I am in a credit amount of R580.00. I pay money into the account every month even when I don't buy anything. The then call me telling me that they have closed my account due to not using it often enough.

They want to refund me the money and I must then open a new account since they apparently can not reopen the old one that they closed without my consent.

I then go in and ask them to give me a voucher of the amount of R 580.00 since they technically already have the money and I will then spend it all at Edgars the same day. They absolutely refuse to do it that way. I need to give them my bank statements and Certified copy of ID and all that **** and then the refund will take 6 weeks.

Absolutely useless service from them.
