Good Day ,
Please note that I’m so disgusted with Edgars and never thought that they would stoop so low to get more money out of an unemployed person .
So last year I paid my account finished and waited on Edgars to send me a letter stating my account is paid in full .Well I received nothing and to top it of I received a sms this weekend that past from them stating, I am handed over to MBD For the amount of R153.53 my word what a big shock that this company can make such a mistake and drag my credit status up the wall .This is unfortunately a massive concern and unacceptable.
I want my name cleared and I want my paid up letter ,I have my proof of payment .

I am writing this letter to seek help in fixing this problem .I am regretful to say that no one has contacted me and that I am much disappointed in Edgars and MBD .
Please note I have paid my account in full last year (06.10.2020) .I received no paid up letter as per your company I had to wait .I recently received a sms from MBD stating my balance is R153.53 and I am handed over .
I request that the office investigate this matter and that I receive my paid up letter , I would like for my name to be cleared as well .
