Edgars *****

On the first of June i went to jet store to pay my account all to find that my account was not working, the lady asked me for my ID number so that they can retrieve my account number, they did gave me my account number but to my suprise the balance was more than i expected according to my understanding the balance was supposed to be 1300 before May payment but when i checked my balance was R11873 and the purchases were made in limpopo Jane furse edgars store on the 16th and 17th of May and the person who did this bought a two phones, so according to my understanding this is inside job and negligence by edgars since this transactions were suspicious and edgars was supposed to ask if i was the one who made this purchases. I want to open a case against edgars please help me.
