Edgars Fourways Mall Management Excellence

I recently visited Edgars Fourways Mall and I had a frustrating experience when trying to open my account, I wrote a review of this on Hello Peter and was contacted by one of the senior managers - Deon Sewnarain.

Mr Sewnarain asked me to come into the store so we could talk about what happened. When I got there we proceeded to talk about the incident, I was offered to have anything of my choice from the Mugg and Bean in store (which was fantastic). while talking about what had happened, Mr Sewnarain asked me if it was okay that he made notes as we went along, so that he doesn't forget anything, which shows great attention to detail and a genuine concern to actually get to the bottom of the situation, it was so easy to talk to Mr Sewnarain as he was extremely friendly, understanding and made conversation with me.

I must say that I have never before had such a pleasant experience dealing with a store manager as I did with Mr Sewnarain, his level of professionalism, openness, friendliness and overall customer service was absolutely brilliant - I was going to close my Edgars account and take my business else where, but after meeting with Mr Sewnarain, I've changed my mind.

I was also given a gift voucher to compensate me, which was really just the cherry on the top, I just wanted my frustration to be heard, Mr Sewnarain, did just that and went the extra mile.
