Edgars Fourways Mall

Edgars Fourways has just given me the worst experience I’ve ever had. Their own managers have no clue what their return policies mean, the one in Question is Simphiwe from Fourways Mall, last night 7pm I bought a fragrance as a gift for my girlfriend for about R3000 I opened the box and realised it’s the wrong bottle closed the box and returned it today to exchange for the correct one that is the same price, they refused saying I opened the plastic that they used to wrap the box therefore I cannot return it which then I said I would like a complete refund as they are without a doubt incorrect and rude at that in explaining, following this I will log a a formal complaint with Edgars the condescending treatment I got from Edgars has been the worst I’ve ever received in my life.
