Edgars fourways keeps you waiting

Just come from Edgars Fourways. Worse service. We sat waiting for service in sports section for almost half an hour. We asked one of the employees to go and find someone from sports. She promised to go find someone but she never came back. We asked security. She was kind enough to go and check. She did and when she came back, she said the respective employee will come. That employee never came. Shoes in disarray. We ended up buying two different size shoes. The teller also never checked. There is literally too few staff to assist.
