Edgar's Fourways Disaster

I went to the latest shop at fourways mall and bought myself two pairs of Levi's jean's. I asked the man who was assisting me to please get me the same pair of Jean's in a different size which he did. When I was out with my friends I noticed that the Jean's weren't actually the right cut (slim vs skinny). I then realised the actual guy who helped me had gone and chosen the wrong cut. Upon returning to Edgar's they refused to take the item back due to not having tags on the items of clothing. I must say I was highly frustrated and disappointed considering it wasnt even my mistake. I will not be shopping at Edgar's again and I have closed my account.
