Edgar's false rewards

My wife received a call from edgars offering her rewards which they said she qualify for. This would be airtime that would be loaded unto my phone. So she accepted this as in her mind it is a reward and that means it free. Little did sheknow that she was agreeing to a cell phone contract which was never said in anyway or form from them that that is what she agreed to. She noticed on the monthly statement that a cell c contract was deducting every single month. We were shocked cause she never took out a cell c contract with edgars. We went into our local branch to enquire and they told us that it was a modem and a monthly airtime subscription which was deducting. Then they told us as their was a call made to her offering her this reward and supposedly agreeing in the recording to this their is nothing to be done. We told them we never recieved any airtime or modem yet we paying for it. We never recieved any other follow up calles after this. We also told them that when they called hee it was a reward in hee mind it was free. Till now we paying for something we never got.I'm so disappointed in edgars and really feel mislead in agreeing to something which they said was a reward turned out to be a monthly cell phone contract which ww still now paying for but never received any of these offers. Edgars just told me their is nothing they can do.i refuse to pay until something gets done
