Edgars false claims

I had an account with Edgars years ago and closed it 2 years and half years ago. I also had an edgars club which I never signed up for and closed it from the beginning. I haven't bought from Edgars for more than 2 years and never had anyone calling saying I am owing. Since Foschini took over they call me like crazy saying I owe and in arrears I ask them one question, what did I buy and when. I'm told they can't see anything on their system it only shows as owing. What ****ery is rather? How can you collect money and you don't know what the person is owing. I had the 10tj person calling yesterday and they all promise to remove me from their debors database but nothing is happening. I feel this is ***** as I haven't bought for more than two years. Alsonthey asking for cancalletion after 2 and half years? Edgars has never asked me that nor harras me its only now that there's Foschini. Also On Credit Bureau it doesn't show as slow payer or anything. Can Edgars give me a break please
