Edgar's failing their customers

Hello guys I'm struggling to clear my name with Edgars. I have an account with them and reported to them that I was unemployed for the past few years but they blacklisted me while I've reported and now I've paid up all the money I was owing even paying more than I was owing but still I'm struggling to get my name cleared and it's 3 months now. I can't be able to buy anything
