Edgars failed to close my account! *******!

Edgars is the most ******* company on this planet. I have paid off my Edgars account last year. I went to the Edgars shop and asked them to close my account, they took my details and assured my I will get a notification that my account is closed. To my big surprise I started getting sms's with outstanding balances. I immediately phoned Edgars, the operator informed me that he is unable to pick up my account. I informed him of my situation, he assured me i do not need to worry. Since August I receive numerous phone calls from Edgars, threathing me that the sheriff will come to my premises, not to even mention the bad attitudes. The last time i spoke to a Edgars consultant, she informed me that she will log a call. As to date no one came back to me, but the threat calls and sms's still continues.

I will encourage and advise anyone NOT TO EVER OPEN A EDGARS ACCOUNT! THEY ARE GREEDY MONEY *******!!!!!
