Edgars extremely poor service.

Have not used my account since 2020. Was supposed to be closed. Now all of a sudden got account for a bunch of policy's and stuff i didn't apply for. I have an email from RCS to Edgars asking them to cancel all the stuff added to the account and to refund it so they can close the account. Now they have handed me over to a Dept collection agency, because I said i am not going to pay anything on the account because i did not use the account since 2020, don't even have a card anymore.
