I really don't understand why you add services to our accounts, I recieved a call tell me about data special and all that, I was told that I can use the service and if I like it I can go to Edgars store to activate it, suddenly the call got dropped on my last call and now the service was even activated on my account and I have never even used the service. last month I went to Edgars store to cancel the service and I did but my statement still comes with charges which i dont know them. First I was told if I like the service I can go and activate it but now they activited the service and I have never used the service even ones, can this please be removed from my account please.
