Edgars Exhorbitant admin fees

<p> Edgars charge exhorbitant fees per month for an account whether dormant or not. See Edgars response- "In response to your email received, please note that the National Credit Act allows us a credit provider to charge a Service Fee on accounts. This fee is used by the credit provider to manage the administration of the credit book and other applicable expenses. Kindly note that the service fee will only be applicable to account opened from the 1st of November 2012 and does charge on accounts whether paid or not." It seems that they may charge whatever they wish to unsuspecting customers as these fees are not communicated up front. There are other chain stores who charge admin fees but not to this extent, also that no fees are charged if the account is dormant, not so for Edgars</p>
