Edgars- Excellent Customer Service
When walking in a Edgars store these days, you just see angry faces, no greeting it makes you just want to run out. Then for the first time in 10 years I went to the Waterfront popped into Edgars and What a start to my day, bought 4 pairs of shoes for R650. Aziza helped me, the young lady at the shoes helped me, The manager with the specs and scarf was such a pleasure even the Cashiers at the till. Then I went hunting for the same bargain at Cape Town branch and Wade(manager) went the Extra mile for me, bumped into Vido and he Extended the helping hand. Went down to LAdies shoes and there Charlene and Claudine was so chirpy and helpful. I appreciate All of you. Keep it up as we don't have such Customer Service Ambassodors anymore. God bless you.
