Edgars / Edcon, is this *****?

Edgars / Edcon has, WITHOUT my consent, added Mobile Content charges to my account.

I logged a query (Ref. EDRF-160 ********** 942). To date I haven’t received ANY feedback from Edcon re my query. In their last sms, they ‘threaten’ that my non-payment would possibly tarnish my positive payment history.

I haven’t used my account for a VERY long time and I did NOT give consent for mobile content on my account!!

FIX THIS!!!
