Edgars / Edcon, is this *****?

Edgars / Edcon has, WITHOUT my consent, added Mobile Content charges to my account.

I logged a query (Ref. EDRF-160 ********** 942). To date I haven’t received ANY feedback from Edcon re my query. In their last sms, they ‘threaten’ that my non-payment would possibly tarnish my positive payment history.

I haven’t used my account for a VERY long time and I did NOT give consent for mobile content on my account!!

FIX THIS!!!

Subsequent to my issue being resolved, RMCS and Edcon needs to explain to me how it is possible to add mobile content charges to my account, WITHOUT my consent??
