EDGARS /EDCON INSURANCE *****

This has gone on for to long! Since Edgars started selling insurance policies it has been a nightmare. I can get a call up to 3 times a day from someone claiming to be from Edgars. They claim immediately that the conversation could be recorded. The person then asks whether you are indeed the person they meant to call. Once you confirm they now want your credentials like I.D. number and address. Sometimes even your account number. Now, How on earth do I know who I am speaking to? When you ask for their credentials they end the call. Does Edgars not realise that there is such a lot of identity *****? These employees from the call centres also put 2 travel insurance policies on my account *******ly and now I have a hell of a time trying to get this reversed. I am now going to start lobbying that no clothing company should be able to sell insurance?
