EDGARS? EDCON ARE THE WORST RETAILERS!!!!

For a few months ago I wanted to try and obtain funds to settle my Edgar's account. I then called in and they advised that I would get a 30% discount if I make the full payment at once which totals to R 1200. some odd rands. I could not make the full amount as I could not obtain the funds that I thought I could. the four months after that I made a few payments to Edgars and now that I am trying again to finally settle the account I was advised that I get a discount and it would amount to 1200. some odd rands AGAIN. I did mail them many times and all I got back is we have escalated you query to the Accounts Management TEAM and never got any feedback. I have sent numerous emails asking for a statement of what I have paid and how this discount has been worked out and NO ONE can provide me with this. Its been over a month now that iv been emailing them and requesting this and no one can get back to me!!!

My argument is how can my discount amount be the same as four months ago when I have made payments in-between? I would just like a statement of what I have paid so I can cross reference on my side!!!

Why is EDCON NOT willing to assist??? this is dragging on and on.

CAN SOMEONE ASSIST HERE?????????
